To ensure the privacy of our guests, the villa is only let to one party at a time independent of the number of people in that party. The minimum stay is 4 nights. The agreed price contains tax, use of the villa, items listed in the inventory (such as boat, grill, furniture) garden premises, landing stage and lake – all at your own risk. Internet WLAN services are provided free of charge while your telephone calls will be registered and invoiced separately. There is a final cleaning charge of 160€. Laundry prices will be calculated for each used set and cost 15,- € per set. Further costs will not accrue. Current rules practice and law shall apply for all other matters, such as cancellation. Special agreements and arrangements  are possible.
